All of our mentoring services are powered by the Lions Lead Behavioral Assessment, a transformative tool that allows us to measure progress, identify growth areas, and adapt our support in real-time. This assessment helps mentors and mentees understand the "why" behind behaviors—empowering families and individuals to make lasting change. The assessment guides our Christian-based curriculum, equipping participants to grow in emotional stability, resilience, faith, and practical life skills. Every step of the mentoring journey is measured and aligned with individual goals—offering accountability, encouragement, and transformation.
